In consideration of the Luxembourg International Rowing Club accepting this membership application/renewal I will at all times ( now and in the future ) indemnify and keep indemnified the Luxembourg International Rowing Club and its committee, employees, officers and agents from and against any loss ( including reasonable legal costs and expenses ) or liability arising out of any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding out of any injury sustained by me in or connection with my membership of the Luxembourg International Rowing Club, the LIRC, the use by me of any Luxembourg International Rowing Club facilities in any official and / or unofficial activity and arising out of the failure of any equipment and / or facility of the Luxembourg International Rowing Club.
As a parent / guardian signing this application I provide permission for photographs of my child to be taken at rowing events and for images to be published in the Luxembourg International Rowing Club newsletter and on the Luxembourg International Rowing Clubs website. This real ease and indemnity binds me and my Executors, Administrators and assign.
I have read the GDPR Information notice here below and I agree on the personal data handling rules, social media publications and picture rights as applied by the LIRC.
I have read the Luxembourg International Rowing Club Rules as outlined under the 'About' tab on the website and agree to abide by said rules at all times. I understand and accept that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action by the Luxembourg International Rowing Club Committee and potentially the termination of my membership from the Club.
