As the club cannot have all items in stock, we place an order when the minimum number of orders required by the supplier is reached. Depending on interest, we may group certain orders together to reduce costs, which may take longer to deliver. The next order is planned to be done in spring 2025.

HOW TO PROCEED ?

Log in to benefit from the rates reserved for club members.

For practical reasons, we invite you to place two orders, one for items in stock and the other for pre-ordered items. You can check if an item is pre-ordered by clicking on ‘Select option’ on each item to choose your size or gender.

Once you have selected your item(s), don't forget to finalise your order by clicking on the tiny caddy at the top right of your screen and follow the instructions. 

You will immediately receive an automatic "order confirmation" by email, if you have not received it, it means that you have not finalized your order and you will have to start over. You can download your invoice from this order confirmation, please DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE for pre-ordered items, we will notify you via What'sApp when the items are ordered or available, so that you can make the payment. Only pay immediately for items in stock.

Sizes are standard for items we have already ordered. If this is not the case, we will indicate this in the item description.

Your order will be distributed during club outings to avoid additional transport costs. Ask Katty to receive your purchases, or in her absence, another member of the LIRC committee. Other deliveries can be arranged on request.
